Every civilization collapses the same way: power concentrates, systems harden, and the center begins to rule. The Ark was designed to break that pattern at the structural level.
Aura Prime is not a building, not a tower, and not a place of authority. It is the Ark's ethical invariant: a distributed condition embedded into geometry, materials, circulation, and movement that makes domination physically impossible.

Why the center must remain empty
Living systems do not require rulers. They require constraints that prevent capture. In most cities, the center becomes a choke point — political power, financial control, surveillance, symbolic authority. Once power accumulates, everything orbits it until failure cascades.
The Ark reverses this. At its heart is an intentionally empty center: no throne, no command node, no data vault, no enforcement authority. Nothing can be seized because nothing is stored. The center remains open — spatially, socially, and functionally.
