Project HALO is the Ark Initiative's coherent-field defense architecture: a system designed not to dominate, but to protect the emotional and ecological balance that makes human flourishing possible. HALO is the first modern attempt to engineer peace into the environment itself. It is not surveillance, force, or empire logic. It is a design for a world where peace emerges naturally from how we build and live.
