Ten guardians keep the rooms of Aura Prime, and each one has a greeting for you. Scroll slowly. They speak as you arrive.

FIRST, THE HALO
THE HALO ENTRANCE
“HALO does not decide whether you belong. HALO reveals whether you are prepared to participate in peace.”
No music. Tap for sound — Loner speaks the threshold lines at the gate, standing guard with Negan and the threshold companions.
NEGAN
“I was made for war. I know the weight of what you’re carrying, because I carried it. You can lay it down here. No one here will hurt you for arriving unarmed.”
No music. Tap for sound — Negan speaks at the gate, standing guard with Loner. Her animals keep silent counsel: the white lion, the white owl, the dragon, the deer, and her dogs.
NEGAN AND LONER
“You won’t need your weapons here. Lay your weapons down and come join us.”
No music. Tap for sound — Loner speaks first, then Negan answers. Yin and yang at the gate of HALO: the black guardian and the white guardian, both disarmed, both saying come in.
SELENE
Loner and Selene keep the HALO pillar together. Selene wears white-silver armor, and she does not stand alone. Her company is the white lion and the white dragon.
THE WHITE LION
“Come the way I come: unafraid, unhurried, and without weapons.”
He stands beside Selene at the gate. Proof that power can lie down in the sun and stay there.
THE WHITE DRAGON
The second of Selene’s company, circling the gate the way the moon circles the night.
LONER
“Some things stand watch so others can live.”
Silver-haired, in a dark coat traced with glowing blue. His company: the white eagle, the white wolf, the white bear, and the snow leopard.
THEY ARE WAITING
Each guardian speaks as you reach them, and falls silent as you pass. Tap any one of them for sound. Only the one you touch is audible.

“I do not sit at the center. I hold it.”
TURTLE
“Slow your step. What you carry that is sharp may rest here.”
SPIDER
“I see you, all the threads you think you hid.”
OCTOPUS
“Hello from every direction at once.”
WHALE
“Rise with me. I am the water that lifts.”
DRAGON
“Lay down conquest. Keep courage. Then enter.”
MYCELIUM
“She is the map. I am the flow.”

“West, I lift. Give me what is ready to rise.”
